Welcome to INSTICO. These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the INSTICO website, applications, services, communication tools, learning features, games, social features and related services.

By creating an account, approving a child account, accessing INSTICO or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. About INSTICO

INSTICO is a parent-led digital ecosystem designed to provide children with a safer environment to connect, learn, create, play and communicate.

INSTICO may include parental controls, child accounts, social features, messaging, audio and video communication, games, educational activities, artificial intelligence features, moderation tools and safety systems.

2. Parent and guardian responsibility

Parents and guardians play a central role in INSTICO. Where a child account requires parental approval, the responsible parent or guardian must provide accurate information and maintain appropriate supervision of that account.

Parents may be responsible for approving connections, reviewing privacy and safety settings, managing child account permissions and helping children understand safe online behaviour.

3. Account eligibility

Users must provide accurate account information and must not create accounts using false identities, impersonate another person or deliberately misrepresent their relationship to a child.

INSTICO may request additional verification where necessary for safety, security, age verification, parental verification or legal compliance.

4. Child accounts

Child accounts may be subject to parental consent, approval, supervision and additional restrictions.

Certain actions, including friendship requests, communication features, profile visibility or other social interactions, may require parent or guardian approval before becoming active.

5. Safe Circle and approved connections

INSTICO may use parent-approved connections or similar safety systems to limit who a child may communicate or interact with.

Approval of another user does not constitute a guarantee by INSTICO about that person's identity, behaviour or suitability. Parents should continue to exercise reasonable judgment and supervision.

6. Acceptable use

Users must not use INSTICO to:

• Harass, bully, threaten or intimidate another person.
• Share sexually explicit, violent or harmful content.
• Attempt to exploit, groom, manipulate or endanger a child or another user.
• Impersonate another person or create deceptive accounts.
• Share another person's private information without appropriate permission.
• Attempt to bypass parental controls or safety restrictions.
• Attempt to access accounts, systems or information without authorization.
• Upload malware, malicious code or content intended to disrupt the service.
• Use INSTICO for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.

7. Posts, photos, videos and other content

Users may be able to create posts, comments, reactions, photos, videos, messages and other content.

Users retain responsibility for the content they submit and must have the necessary rights or permission to share that content.

INSTICO may remove, restrict or review content that violates these Terms, safety rules, applicable law or platform policies.

8. Moderation and AI safety

INSTICO may use automated moderation, artificial intelligence, safety systems, human review and parental controls to identify potentially harmful activity.

These systems are designed to improve safety, but they may not identify every issue and may occasionally make incorrect assessments.

9. Messaging, voice and video communication

Messaging, voice calling and video calling features may be limited to approved users, family relationships or other permitted connections.

Users must use communication features responsibly and may not use them for harassment, inappropriate conduct, exploitation or other prohibited activity.

10. Games and learning activities

INSTICO may provide educational activities, games, missions, achievements, rewards or virtual items.

Features, scores, rewards, virtual currencies or achievements may change, be reset, removed or modified as the platform evolves.

11. T.Coins and virtual features

Where INSTICO provides virtual currencies, points, badges, rewards or similar digital features, they are intended for use within the INSTICO ecosystem unless expressly stated otherwise.

Virtual items do not represent cash, deposits, investments or financial accounts unless specifically stated under separate applicable terms.

12. Third-party services

INSTICO may rely on third-party providers for authentication, hosting, cloud infrastructure, databases, notifications, artificial intelligence, analytics or other technical services.

Use of those services may also be subject to the provider's own terms and privacy practices.

13. Google sign-in

If you use Google sign-in, Google may authenticate your identity and provide limited account information to INSTICO based on the permissions you approve.

Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.

14. Account security

Users are responsible for protecting account credentials and should promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

Parents and guardians should protect parent-account credentials carefully because parent accounts may contain authority over child profiles and permissions.

15. Suspension or termination

INSTICO may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, abuse prevention or violations of these Terms.

In serious child-safety situations, INSTICO may take immediate protective action.

16. Availability and platform changes

INSTICO is under active development. Features may be added, modified, replaced, restricted or discontinued.

We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or that the service will operate without interruption.

17. Intellectual property

INSTICO branding, platform design, software, logos, TICO character, original graphics, content and related intellectual property are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit INSTICO intellectual property without appropriate authorization.

18. Disclaimer

INSTICO is designed to support safer digital interaction, parental oversight and child protection. However, no digital platform can guarantee complete protection against every online risk.

Parents and guardians remain an important part of maintaining a child's online safety.

19. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, INSTICO and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

20. Privacy

Use of INSTICO is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

21. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as INSTICO evolves, new features are introduced or legal requirements change.
